Do you offer shipping across India?
Yes, we ship all across India through trusted partners like Bluedart, DTDC, and others.
How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping is free on all orders above ₹500. For orders below ₹500, standard shipping rates apply
How long does delivery take?
We usually process orders within 1–2 business days, and delivery takes 5–7 business days depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive an SMS/email with a tracking link. You can use it to monitor your order’s journey.
Do you offer express delivery?
Currently, we do not offer express delivery. However, we ensure fast dispatch and timely delivery through our logistics partners.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available. Please note that order verification is done via a phone call before shipping.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return most products within 7 days of delivery. A ₹100 return fee will be deducted. An unboxing video is required for approval.
Returns take 5–7 working days to reach us. Refunds are processed within 8–15 business days after quality checks.
Note: Some items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. This will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
